This is what you can do with the Zoho integration:

  • Smooth Automation: Quickly and easily send customer submitted data into your Zoho CRM account when a form is submitted.
    Field Mapping: Easily map QuickForms’ fields to any Zoho CRM fields and gain more information about your customers.
    Create & Update Records: Create and update records in Zoho CRM when a form is submitted.
    Avoid Duplicates: Avoid duplicates by checking for existing fields in your Zoho CRM modules.
    Trigger Workflow Rules: Trigger actions (email notifications, tasks and field updates) when a form is submitted.
    Conditional Logic: Control opt-in and only add data when a certain condition is met.

Create a Zoho Sign-Up Form #

To create a Form through the Form Builder you just need to drag and drop the fields your form needs. Then, from the Zoho CRM Integration interface you can select the fields that will collect the necessary information to send to Zoho CRM. For example, email, name, etc.

Now, to create a Sign-Up Form follow the next steps:

  1. Click the Set-Up a Form button
  2. Click the Authenticate button and enter your Zoho CRM username and Zoho CRM password to give permission to Easy Forms to access your Zoho CRM account.
  3. Finally, you need to map the form fields (Easy Forms) to the list fields (Zoho CRM module fields).
    • Name: Enter a configuration name to recognize this configuration in the system.
    • Select your Form
    • Select the Module: The module you want to add information to. It can be: Account, Contact, Lead or other
    • Click on Status: ON.
    • Select the Event that should be triggered to send the information to Zoho CRM
    • Choose if you want to “Insert Records” or “Insert / Update records”
  4. Map Fields:
    • Map a Form Field to a List Field (Zoho CRM Module Field): You need to map every list field with the “Required” label.
  5. Save the Form.
