Few things are more frustrating than a chatbot that suddenly stops responding without any clear reason. Fortunately, our app includes an error bot log to help you quickly identify and resolve issues. In this article, you’ll learn where to find it and how to use it effectively.
Go to the Bot Manager of the social network where you have your chatbot. Look for your account and enter its Bot Reply section. Once there, click on More Option > Bot Error Logs.
On the Error Log you will find a list of all the messages that could not be sent and the causes. Click on the Edit button under Actions to access the item that needs to be fixed.
To clear all error logs, simply press the Clear Log button.
