If the chatbot tool stops working without any clear reason, you can fix it by simply restarting the application. Below is what you need to do.

1. In the left-hand menu, click on Admin Mods.
2. When you’re on the loaded page, look for a button labeled “Restart APP.” Click on it, and your application will restart.
