As an admin of the white-label platform, you have the ability to hide agent names from Live Chat interactions across all user accounts. This ensures privacy while maintaining a professional and streamlined support experience. Follow this tutorial to enable this feature!
Login into your admin account in your white-label platform. Go to Settings > Social Network Settings > WhatsApp.
Under Use agent name on livechat, select No and save your changes.
