When your end customers attempt to connect their WhatsApp accounts using the official API method, they will see something similar to this image.

If you look closely, you’ll notice that there isn’t a webhook verify token. Here’s how to create it.

 1. Go to settings: Click on social network settings.

2. WhatsApp Server URL: Paste the subdomain you generated for WhatsApp when filling out your Activation Form.

💡 PRO TIP: The WhatsApp subdomain should be based on your platform’s domain. For example, if your domain is myapp.com, the subdomain would be wa.myapp.com. Both the domain and subdomain should point to the same IP address, which you can verify using https://dnschecker.org/

3. Create the token: Click on create random token button, then click on save.
