Although you have a White Label help center for your customers, you can choose to upload the app’s documentation directly in the app. Just follow the steps below.
1. On the left-hand side menu, click on the Blog option.
2. The following screen will load, where you’ll be able to see all the articles you’ve created. If it’s your first time, the screen will be empty, and you’ll need to click on the ‘+’ button to create a New Article.
3. The page to create your article will load. Here, make sure to set Status as ‘Enable’ and Type as ‘Internal.’ You’ll need to input a Title, Description, and tags. Additionally, you’ll also have to add an image for the article.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you’ll find the white box to write the content of your article.
5. Once you have everything completed, simply click on the ‘Save’ button located at the bottom of the page, and your article will be published. If you need to make any changes, just click on the ‘Edit’ button. Tutorials will appear with a red key symbol.
