In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating an email template for your broadcasting campaigns. There are two types of templates you can create: Conventional Templates and Drag and Drop Templates.

Creating a conventional email template #

1.- Enter the broadcasting interface. Go to the Broadcasting section on the left sidebar. Under the “Templates” option, locate and click on the “Email” button.

2.- Create a new Rich Editor template. Upon selecting the “Email” option, you will be seamlessly redirected to a page named “Email Template.” Here, you will find a button labeled “New Template.” Click on “New Template” to commence the template creation process. A dropdown menu will appear, offering two options: “Rich Text Editor” and “Drag and Drop.” Opt for the “Rich Text Editor” to easily fill the content.

3.- Fill the details. Subsequently, a modal form named “Create Template” will appear, presenting several fields for you to fill in. Provide a distinctive name for your template in the “Template Name” field. This name will serve as an identifier for the template in the future.

4.- Add a Subject and Body. Enter the email subject in the “Subject” field, giving recipients a clear understanding of the email’s content. Then compose the body of your email in the “Content” field, tailoring it to your specific communication needs.

5.- Save Your Template. Once you have filled in the necessary information, click on the “Save” button to save the template. Your newly created template will now be visible in the list of saved templates. You have the flexibility to edit or delete the template if necessary. Additionally, you can preview the template by clicking on the “View Template” button.

Creating a Drag and Drop Template #

1.- Select the Drag and Drop Template instead.  Click on the drag and drop option of the drop-down menu that opens after clicking on the Add new template button. This option will give you more control over the content and design of your email.

2.- Select your template’s structure. A page with four options – no sidebar, left sidebar, right sidebar, both sidebars – will appear. With the four types of options, you can create four types of template. Click on any option and an editor will appear.

3.- Add the interactive elements. On the right side of the editor, you will see a sidebar with some elements – Text, image, link, and divider. Drag the elements you wish to insert and drop them on the editor.

If you drag a text element, double-click on it. A field will appear. Write your text. Then click on the tick to save the text. Likewise, by clicking on the cross button, you can delete both the text and the element.

If you drag an image element, double-click on it to upload an image from your computer. Make sure it has a good quality.

Likewise, double click on a link element to configure it. A modal form will appear. In the first field, you have to provide a URL. Then, you have to write the title of the link. You can also change the color and background color of the bar, as well as the size and position of the preview.

A divider element will aesthetically separate two elements. You can change its the color by double clicking on it.

4.- Manage the layout of the template. At the left bottom side of the editor, you will see some buttons – Layout options, save and quit, save template, save template and preview button.

Click on the Layout options and a left sidebar will appear. There, you can change the layout of the template.

5.- Save Your Template. When you are done configuring, click on the save button to save. And that’s it! Once again, your new template will now be visible in the list of saved templates to use on your broadcasting campaigns.
