Access Bot Manager:
From the BotCommerce dashboard, go to Bot Manager.
Choose the bot account for which you want to create the persistent menu.
Create Persistent Menu:
Select Persistent Menu and then press the Create button.
Only alphanumeric characters and underscores are allowed in commands. Commands must start with a lowercase letter.
Set Locale and Add Commands:

- You can create different persistent menus for different languages. In this tutorial, we will create menus for English and Spanish.
- English Menu:
- Select English from the locale list.Enter the command text, select a reply for the command, and write a description for the command. This description will be visible in the command. Add more commands as needed.
Click on the Save and Publish button.
- Spanish Menu:
- Select Spanish from the locale list.
- Note: Command text must be in English, but the description can be in any language.
- Enter the command text, select a reply for the command, and write the description in Spanish.
- Add more commands as needed.
- Click on the Save and Publish button.
- To manage commands, you can unpublish a command at any time by clicking the Unpublish button.
- Spanish Menu:
- Select English from the locale list.Enter the command text, select a reply for the command, and write a description for the command. This description will be visible in the command. Add more commands as needed.
View the Menu:
Go to your Telegram bot to view the menu.
- For English speakers, the menu created for English will be visible.
- If you switch the Telegram bot’s language to Spanish, the menu created for Spanish will be visible.
