Steps to Set Up SMS Integration:
Log in to your BotCommerce dashboard.
On the left-hand menu, find and click on the “Integrations” tab to open the integration settings.
If you already have an SMS profile configured, select one from the dropdown menu.
If you need to create a new profile, follow these steps:
Click on the New button next to the SMS Profile section.
Select an SMS service provider like Plivo, Twilio, or any other integrated provider.
Fill out all the mandatory fields in the configuration form, such as the sender number and the API credentials from the SMS provider.
Give the SMS profile a name for easy identification.
Once all the required information has been entered, click Save to store the settings for your new SMS profile.
Composing an SMS Message:
In the main menu, go to the Bot Manager section.
Inside Bot Manager, find the side menu and click on Settings.
In the available options, select the SMS section to access SMS profile settings.
Write the SMS message you want to send. You can use custom variables like First Name or Last Name to personalize each message for your subscribers.
If you already have an SMS profile created, select the appropriate profile from the dropdown menu.
If you need to create a new one, click on the New button and select the SMS
Once you’ve composed your message, click Save to store the settings and enable automated SMS sending.
