1. Select SMS Profile:

Choose an existing SMS Profile from the dropdown menu, previously created in the Integration section. These profiles link to various SMS sending providers like Plivo, Twilio, etc.

2. Compose SMS Message:

Compose the content of your SMS message, where you can use subscriber information like First Name and Last Name.

3. Save Configuration:

Save your configuration to enable automated SMS sending.

To create a new SMS Profile #

1. Navigate to SMS Integration:

Click the “New” button next to the SMS section.

2. Create New SMS Profile:

Click “New” beside the SMS Profile to start the process.

3. Choose Sender and Input Details:

Select an SMS sender and fill out all required input fields with necessary information.

4. Save Profile:

After filling in the details, click “Save” to create the new SMS Profile.

Additional Options:

Options Button: Access advanced settings and options.

Reset Action Button: Delete or reset configured action buttons.

Custom Variables: Utilize custom variables for message personalization.

Bot Error Log: View and clear Bot Error logs.

Flow Import: Import bot flows from external sources for easy management.
