Broadcasting means sending messages or notifications to a selected group of users all at once. It’s a way to make important announcements, share updates, or run marketing campaigns efficiently. What’s unique is that you can choose who receives these messages based on factors like location and preferences, ensuring that you’re targeting the right audience for effective communication.
Creating a Broadcast Campaign
Accessing the Broadcasting. Go to the dashboard. In the left sidebar of the dashboard, locate the Broadcasting menu. Select a bot to send broadcast message from dropdown menu. Click on Create.
Click on the Action component. Select Broadcasting from the dropdown menu. Give the campaign a name.
Set the audience. Select a label in Include label ids input field. You can select multiple labels. Also, select a label in Exclude label ids input field if necessary.
Set the time. By toggling the Send Later button you can set a suitable time for sending the broadcasting message. You can also send a broadcast message instantly by not toggling the Send Later option.
Save your settings. Click on the Save button.
Name the flow. Double click on the start bot flow andย give it a name as well.
Set the message to be broadcasted. Add the components that will make up the message and configure them by double clicking on them. You can add as many as you need.
Save. Finally, save the bot flow and your broadcast will be completed.
Campaign Reports
After completing the broadcast you can check the status of your campaign.
Go back to the Telegram Broadcasting page. Locate your campaign by name.
Click on the Report button on the campaign’s action menu. You can check the Status, Targeted number of subscribers, Message Count and Sent reports here.
