The admin account is the central hub where you configure everything about your platform—packages, appearance, and user permissions. However, it’s also possible to assign a package to this account. Doing so allows the admin to access the same tools offered to users, such as WhatsApp chatbots, Live Chat, and the AI Composer. This guide will show you how to assign a plan to the admin account for seamless management and usage.
Login into your admin account and go to the ‘Users’ section. In the list of users, look for the admin account.
Click on the bullet menu icon and select the ‘Edit’ option.
In the user edition page, scroll down. On the ‘Plan’ field, select a plan for the admin account. Make sure this plan has the permissions for the tools you wish to use.
On the ‘Expiration date’ field, write the number ‘0’. This way, the plan will never expire for this account.
Finally, save your changes. Now, you should be able to access and use the tools included in the assigned plan as a final user from the admin account.
