Providing easy access to a help center or tutorials is essential for a seamless user experience. By adding a Tutorials link to your white-label platform, your users will have instant access to valuable documentation, helping them learn how to use the app effectively. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to integrate the link directly into your platform, making support more accessible and reducing user friction.
Login to your admin account. Open the domain you provided while filling your automation form, click on the Login button, and enter the admin credentials we gave you after delivering your platform.
Go to Settings > Tutorials. Enable the External Link.
Add the link to your documentation. You can also direct your users to one of the the generic help centers that are included with your Reseller subscription. Here are the links:

We recommend enabling the Open Link In New Tab option for a better user experience.
Submit. Click on Save to submit your changes.
This is how the Tutorials link will look for a final user account. When the users click on it, the help center link we placed will open on a new tab.
