How to use the AI Assistant
- Open the chat widget. Click on the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page.
- Type your question. Be specific. Mention the app you’re referring to and describe what you want to learn.
- Submit it like this:
Start with the app name.
Ask directly for the tutorial.
Use a full question with a question mark (?)
💡 Important: Our AI understands multiple languages, but for tutorials, you need to ask in English in order to get the best results.
Examples of good questions
Make sure to always start by stating what app you’re using, then describe what you need.

Examples of What NOT to Do
🚫 “How do I make it work?”
(Too vague — the AI won’t know what app or feature you’re talking about.)
🚫 “It’s not working. What should I do?”
(This is a problem description, not a clear question.)
🚫 “Show me step by step how to create a bot.”
(The AI is not trained to give you custom step-by-step instructions — just ask for the tutorial.)
Final Tips
- Always start your question with the app name.
- Be specific about the feature you need help with.
- Avoid vague or general questions.
- Don’t expect step-by-step troubleshooting — the AI will guide you to the right tutorial.
