Thanks for trusting in us to train your AI Assistant! Before we begin, please read the following carefully so we can offer you the best service.
1. In order to train your AI, we need you to fillĀ this form. Make sure that the answers are accurate and that every field is completed as specified. Artificial Intelligence Assistants only know about your business for what you tell them. The quality of the information you provide will determine the quality of the answers they can offer. The AI Assistant will be deliveredĀ 24 to 72 hours after you successfully send it. If you have doubts, here’s a short video on how to fill it.

2. Once the training is complete we will make no changes. Give your answers a double check before sending them to make sure that all the data is correct. Further modifications must be performed by yourself, or paid for separately. Rest assured, all the steps on how to do it are contained in our help desk.
3. Connect your accounts first. Make sure that the social media account where you wish to install the AI is already connected to our app when we begin. This is because doing so requires your login information. You need to set up the Open AI API too.

4. Please provide us your Planify X username and password in the form. For your own security, we do not have access to the information on your account unless you let us in, so we need them to connect your AI. Do not worry, you can change the password once we are finished.
5.Ā The AI training service includes preparing the AI Assistant and installing it on one platform so it can answer questions with the information you provided us. Complex flows and special functionalities that require extra programming are not included. However, we do offer a super personalized Chatbot Design service to tailor every detail to your needs.
